Wine Club Policies & Agreement
There is no fee to join the Castle & Crown Half Case Club and you may sign up anytime online. You are responsible to purchase 12 bottles of club wines per year (six in the Spring and six in the Autumn). This will include a mix of wines currently available. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.
By joining our club you verify that you or the recipient are at least 21 years of age. You also authorize Castle & Crown Cellars to charge your credit card two times a year (Spring and Autumn).
Our main form of communication with members is via email. Pre-shipment/allocation information will be sent to all members via email at least 10 days prior to processing.
Shipping Information
Due to legal restrictions, we are only permitted to ship to select states. Currently, these include: WA, OR, CA, and will be continuously updated as we gain shipping licenses. All wine shipments must be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age. Carriers (Fedex) will make three attempted delivery attempts, after which the wine will be returned to Castle & Crown Cellars. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Winery Pickup
Club wines and online purchases will be available for pick up at our Port Townsend tasting room location during appointed open hours or by appointment only.
Members are responsible for all taxes, shipping and handling fees, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old address.

You may cancel your club membership at any time by contacting Stephen and Kelsey at info@castleandcrowncellars.com.
